Cancellation charges (unless otherwise indicated) will depend on the time at which notice of cancellation is received. Cancellation Policy Reservations that are canceled any time prior to 45 days of your arrival date are subject to 2 nights accommodation and tax charge, reservations canceled within 44 to 14 days of your arrival date are subject to 50% of the total booking fee, and cancellations within 13 days of your arrival date are non-refundable. During holiday season (eg: Christmas) cancellations made within 31 days of arrival date, no refund will be made to the amount charged. We accept Visa, Master Card, Bank Draft, Cash and Wire Transfer payment options which include either full payment or 2 nights accommodation rate or 10% of total booking whichever is the greatest deposit. The deposit option is only available for bookings made with at least 30 days in advance of travel date.The balance of the payment is due 30 days prior to arrival or immediately if you book within 30 days. Your booking may be cancelled if not fully paid by the due date. How can I make sure I am confirmed? You will be sent a confirmation email/fax within a few days with all your details. |
