(The Effuela) largest of the three can be divided into 4 individual Guest Rooms with ensuite bathrooms or as a complete unit to accommodate a group of up to 8 people.

As a COMPLETE UNIT, the Effuela consists of an open concept living and family room with a fully equipped kitchen separated by a dining area. The family room offers cable television and stereo.

The four bedrooms are individually air conditioned, with double beds. There are three bathrooms, one five piece, one four piece and the other a three piece.

One Child (0-12) is free when sharing with 2 adults.

Group and Senior rates available upon request.

• A deposit of $200.00 US or 10% whichever is greatest, is required to confirm your reservation. The balance of the payment is due 30 days prior to departure or immediately if you book within 30 days. Your booking may be cancelled if not fully paid at the due date.
• A 10% service charge and 8% Government Tax are added to all rates.
• All rates are quoted in US currency and are subject to change.
• Discount rates apply for stays over 2 weeks.
